Atlas AMC Contract 

The full comprehensive maintenance contract covers these following parts to replace the part and will carry work accordingly.

Controller Transformer, Phase Failure Relay, Overload Relay, Timer Relay, Main up and Down Relay, Controller M.C, Main Contractor, Final Limit Switches, Fuse, Connectors, Resistances, Rubber Below, Lock Cover, Pit Switch, Reed Switch, Control Fuse, Landing Push Button, P.C.B, Condensers, Rectifier, Cage top safety switches, Inspection switches, Car Operating Panel Contacts, Push Button Knobs, Indicator Bulbs, Car Door Switch, Car Junction Box Connectors, Fan and Light Switches, Counter Weight Shoe Liners, All floors selectors Switches, All landing Door Lock Contracts, Door Bearing and Door Gibes etc.

The full comprehensive maintenance contract does not cover these following parts to replace the part and will not include as Light fittings, Mirror, Fan, Gates/Hoist way doors, Door closer, frames, Electric mains and Switches, Vision glass, Battery operated Emergency Alarm Bell, Lift car flooring and ceiling, Main Ropes, Motor machine main Unit, Break Coil, Break Liner, Travelling Cable, Main Micro Card, Intercom system and Invertor.

The full comprehensive maintenance will cover service every month, which includes Cleaning, oiling, Greasing and Inspection of the following:

Machine Room Cleaning, Machine Room Light cleaning, Safety Gear, Machine Cleaning and Brake Liner Check, Control Panel, Landing Doors, Landing Locks, Car Gate Switch Adjustment, All doors leveling check and Adjustment, Final limit switches, Car and Car Fan, Light Cleaning, Pit Cleaning and Speed Governor pulley oiling , Returning cam operation check ,Timing check and Safety Check.
